Responsible in setting up table, preparing utensils and overall needs of guest in the dining area. Focuses and delivers excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Directly reporting to the Team Leader/Site Supervisor/Branch Manager; under Dining Department

Mainly responsible for the set-up and arrangement of all tables, chairs and cutleries, and for providing excellent customer service.

Directly reporting to the Branch Manager/Site Supervisor/Team Leader.

Directly responsible for supervising all kitchen functions including but not limited to ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level at all times.

Directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
